Founded by a passionate and experienced relationship therapist and coach, Shakti Heart and Soul Coaching offers a holistic approach to relationship and dating coaching. I combine traditional therapeutic techniques with modern insights and mindfulness practices to support clients in achieving their relationship goals.
I am a trauma-informed, relationship-focused, AASECT-certified sex therapist and certified relationship coach and dating coach, and I can work with people across the US.
I work with individuals, couples, partnerships, or whatever your relationship may look like. I believe that we all deserve to be in thriving and healthy relationships. I work with single people seeking support in the dating world, partners seeking support in their relationships, and individuals seeking support with sexual health issues and relationships.
Choosing the right coach for oneself is an important decision. It is necessary because it directly impacts one’s progress in sessions. I believe that you are the expert in your life. You know what works well and doesn't work well for you. I consider being a coach a privilege. I aim to walk by your side, help you explore solutions, and offer hope. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, encouraging without any pressure, and straightforward without being harsh.
I am a trauma-informed, sex-positive, poly, and kink-friendly-affirmative psychotherapist, sex therapist, and dating and relationship coach. I am an advocate and a part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community in Austin, Texas. I approach coaching through an anti-oppression, social justice, anti-racism, and inclusivity lens. I believe that reproductive justice is directly tied to racial and social justice. I am dedicated to being an ally and advocate for the Black community.
